Data deletion request — Arcon ERP Mobile
Last updated: 20 May 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Arcon ERP account and the personal data we hold about you. It applies to the Arcon ERP Mobile Android and iOS apps, published by Aristevin Consulting AB (Sweden).
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below.
- Provide the email address used to sign in to the app, and (if known) the name of your employer / business using Arcon ERP.
- We verify the request (typically by replying to the same email) to prevent unauthorised deletion of someone else's account.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of verification and email confirmation to you.
What is deleted
- Your account login (email, username, password hash, role).
- Session tokens and refresh tokens.
- Personal identifiers in audit logs (replaced with an anonymous identifier; the log line itself is kept for security purposes).
- Any contact-form messages you sent through arconerp.com.
What is kept, and why
Greek tax law (Code of Tax Procedure, Law 4174/2013) and EU accounting rules require us — and the retailer who employs you — to retain business records for up to 10 years. The following data is therefore kept after account deletion, but de-linked from your personal identity:
- Sales receipts and invoices you may have created or processed.
- Stock movements, goods receptions and inventory adjustments tied to the business, not to you personally.
- myDATA submissions transmitted to the Greek tax authority (AADE).
These records reference an anonymised user identifier, not your name or email, once your account is deleted.
Retention period
- Personal data (the items in "What is deleted"): removed within 30 days of request.
- Business / fiscal records (the items in "What is kept"): retained for up to 10 years, then deleted.
- Encrypted backups: personal data is purged from active systems immediately; rolling backups may retain a copy for up to 35 days before they age out.
Account vs personal data
Arcon ERP Mobile is a business tool, not a consumer service. User accounts are provisioned by your employer (the retailer who licenses Arcon ERP). If you would like to stop using the app but without deleting your data, ask your employer or store manager to deactivate your account — your personal data is preserved in that case.
The route on this page deletes your personal data as described above, regardless of your employer's preferences, in line with your GDPR right to erasure (Art. 17).
